Terms and Conditions for Free Cybersecurity Assessment
Introduction - This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Free Cybersecurity Assessment ("the Assessment") provided by K9 Webops LLC ("the Company"). By requesting and participating in the Assessment, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Assessment is a service provided by the Company to help identify potential vulnerabilities in your cybersecurity setup and provide recommendations for improvement.
Scope of the Assessment - The Assessment is intended to provide a general overview of your cybersecurity posture. It includes a survey of your existing cybersecurity measures, an analysis of potential vulnerabilities, and a set of personalized recommendations for improvement. The Assessment is not intended to be a comprehensive security solution or to identify all possible security vulnerabilities. It should be used as a starting point for improving your cybersecurity, not as a definitive guide.
No Warranties - The Assessment is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company makes no warranty that the Assessment will meet your requirements or that the results of the Assessment will be completely accurate or reliable. While the Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, cybersecurity is a complex field and the threat landscape is constantly changing. The Company cannot guarantee that the Assessment will identify all potential vulnerabilities or that the recommendations provided will completely secure your systems.
Limitation of Liability - The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. The Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Assessment.
Non-Disclosure - The Company agrees to keep all information obtained during the Assessment confidential and will not share any data with third parties. The Company goes to great lengths to protect data and will implement reasonable and appropriate measures to secure any data obtained during the Assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, using secure methods of data transmission, storing data in secure environments, and limiting access to data to authorized personnel only.
Assessment Process - The Assessment process includes a survey, analysis of your existing cybersecurity measures, and personalized recommendations. The survey is designed to gather information about your current cybersecurity measures. The analysis involves reviewing this information to identify potential vulnerabilities. The recommendations are based on the results of the analysis and are tailored to your specific needs. The Company reserves the right to modify the Assessment process at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms and Conditions - The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to review these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications. Your continued use of the Assessment after such modifications have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
